Jody Litt Googel focuses her practice on the representation of one of the largest commercial mortgage-backed securitization (CMBS) mortgage lenders in the origination of conduit loans originated for securitization. Her loans involve commercial properties comprising of single tenants, shopping centers, multi-families, self-storage facilities and/or office or retail space. She also has extensive experience representing numerous lenders in a variety of commercial real estate mortgage, acquisition, refinance and construction loan transactions involving local and national properties.
Prior to joining M&O in 2010, Jody practiced commercial real estate law in New York City for more than a decade specializing in the representation of lenders in the construction and permanent financing of residential and commercial properties in New York City and the surrounding areas.
