McCoy & Orta is continuously seeking associates and paralegals with extensive commercial real estate finance, loan servicing and/or loan transfer experience. Our goal is to hire, develop and retain the highest quality of attorneys and paralegals in our industry. Many of the firm's employees have had successful careers at the firm spanning between 10-25 years.

To attract qualified attorneys from outside Oklahoma, the firm allows our out of state associates to work remotely. The associates are fully integrated with the firm’s software and server files and operate cooperatively with the OKC legal staff. Currently, McCoy & Orta employs attorneys who work remotely from New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Texas and Florida and we continue to recruit qualified attorneys from around the country.
